The fountain sculpture has a high recognition value and fits into its urban environment as well as parks and green spaces. Its curved shape allows free access from all sides, even animals can find a place to drink.
The base plate can be designed and branded in a variety of ways, for example as an individualised relief in cast iron, or as an expressive version with accessible glass and metallised natural stone.
The first metal 3D printed drinking fountain by IONDESIGN was put into operation in Hamburg in May 2023.
